Please ensure your e-mail address is correct. If you have a query or problem with an existing card, please provide your order number (which can be found on the Manage Events screen).
At Group Cards we always print and post cards at latest one working day after they are ready for printing (except in the rare event of an incorrectly entered address, in which case we will let you know).
However due to Covid the post office has experienced a reduction in delivery service levels. We apologise if this has affected you, it is as frustrating for us at Group Cards as it is for anyone who does not receive their card in the expected timeframe.
If your card has not been received within a reasonable timescale, please let us know and we will re-print and re-send it.
