Group Cards – REFUND POLICY
Due to costs involved in the production of the card that start immediately, once the card is paid for it is not possible to refund it.
However in exceptional circumstances we may be able to change a card or offer a partial refund, as long as the card hasn't been sent. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe this is the case.
As long as the status for a card order is 'In Progress' then you can change or cancel your order - just click on 'Manage Events' then 'View Order' for your order.
