Group Cards – RETURNS POLICY
(excludes any personalised Items)
Non-personalised items purchased through groupcards.co.uk can be
returned within 14 days of receipt, or 14 days after Christmas.
To return an item please contact our customer service team at
customerservices@groupcards.co.uk, you will need to include your
email order confirmation and reason for return in the email. Refunds
are made onto your card, not in cash.
The items must be returned in the original condition with original
packaging to the address shown.
Note:
You cannot return or cancel an order for products that are made to
your specification, i.e. personalised cards.
